Aspira Education is recruiting a maths teacher to work full-time in a mainstream secondary school in Lincoln.
This is a 5-day-per-week role where you'll be teaching maths allowing you to focus on quality teaching, relationship-building, and progress.
The role runs Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
About the Role
Deliver engaging, structured lessons adapted for mixed abilities
Use mathematical topics to encourage discussion, real-world understanding, and critical thinking
Maintain a calm, predictable classroom environment with clear routines and expectations
Work collaboratively with pastoral staff, SENCOs, and senior leaders
Build positive relationships based on consistency, fairness, and mutual respect
This role is ideal for a teacher who understands that progress is not always linear and values long-term impact over short-term wins.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Maths at KS3 or KS4
Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management
Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-focused
A genuine belief in inclusion and supporting pupils to re-engage with learning

QTS recognised by the DfE
