Maths Teacher
to join a secondary school inMaidstone
fromFebruary
. This is afull-time, fixed-term position
running until the end of the academic year.The successful candidate will deliver high-quality mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5, if applicable), supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes while fostering confidence and a positive attitude towards maths.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured maths lessons in line with the national curriculum Assess, track and report on student progress Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching maths at secondary level Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to motivate and inspire learners of all abilities
