Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to student
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans
- Create engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding of the material
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure students' academic success
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

Skills:
- Educate and instruct students in a variety of subjects
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain concepts and answer questions
- Strong tutoring skills, including the ability to break down complex topics into manageable parts
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies for students with learning disabilities or special needs
