We are delighted to invite applicants to join our team on a zero-hours contract, tutoring on a 1:1 basis in Maths. The role requires working as a 1:1 tutor to ensure high-quality and impactful tuition to a select number of students. Tutoring will be delivered during the day, and after school within our school setting.

The role:

The role requires working on a 1:1 basis to ensure high-quality and impactful tuition. Work with students in a personalised tutoring session, supporting individual students with their specific educational requirements, in order to enable them to achieve their academic goals. To work towards all pupils becoming fully engaged with the learning opportunities afforded by the Academy. Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations. To liaise with classroom teachers and curriculum leaders to identify focus areas for intervention. To provide objective and accurate feedback to teachers To understand and comply with the statutory guidance regarding safeguarding of children, always ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of children's welfare, reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Officer immediately.
