We are seeking a dedicated and patient Tutor to provide personalised academic support to students across a variety of subjects. The successful candidate will help learners develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their educational goals. Duties

Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in designated subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement, developing customised lesson plans accordingly Support students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development exercises Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence Track progress and provide constructive feedback to students and, where applicable, to parents or guardians Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions and student achievements Stay updated on curriculum changes and utilise effective teaching resources

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners Knowledge of specialised education needs, including special education strategies, is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain concepts and motivate students Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others learn Organised with strong time management skills to plan effective lessons Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or subject-specific areas are desirable but not essential
