High Impact Academy Ltd is seeking

dedicated and passionate English tutors

to deliver

high-quality, personalised 1:1 tuition

to learners who require extra academic support. This role is open to both

QTS-qualified

teachers and experienced non-QTS tutors who are committed to helping students develop confidence and achieve their full potential in English.

As a tutor with High Impact Academy Ltd, you will have the opportunity to

make a meaningful impact

on a learner's academic journey. You will work closely with students to support

reading, writing, comprehension, and exam preparation

, including GCSE and Functional Skills, tailoring lessons to meet each learner's unique needs and learning style.

What You Will Do:

Deliver

structured, engaging 1:1 English tuition

that motivates and challenges learners Support learners in achieving

curriculum targets, exam readiness, and personal goals

Plan and adapt lessons according to individual learner needs, abilities, and learning styles Provide

regular feedback

, monitor progress, and celebrate successes Build

trusting, supportive relationships

with learners to create a safe and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

QTS

Strong knowledge of the

English curriculum

and assessment requirements Patient, professional, and adaptable teaching style Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster learner engagement
