The Role We are seeking a committed and adaptable Core Tutor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective teaching in core subjects, primarily at Level 3, while tailoring delivery to support learners working at higher or lower levels as needed. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across core subject areas. Support learners to achieve their qualifications and progress onto further study, training, or employment. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of students working at a variety of levels. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enable learner development. Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and achievements. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. About You A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one. Experience delivering education at Level 3 (with the flexibility to adapt to higher and lower levels functional skills and gcse). Strong knowledge of delivering maths curriculum
