ACS Aviation, Scotland's leading commercial flight training organisation, is seeking a

Multi-Crew Cooperation Instructor (MCCI)

to deliver

Airline Pilot Standard APS MCC training courses

at our modern facilities at Perth Airport.

Courses run regularly throughout the year, and we are offering flexibility with working days, shifts, and hours depending on individual circumstances. This role is ideal for a motivated and professional instructor looking to be part of a highly experienced and supportive training team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality APS MCC and MCC instruction in accordance with the approved syllabus Conduct simulator sessions and classroom instruction to the highest training standards Provide mentoring and feedback to students throughout their course Ensure all training documentation and records are accurately maintained

Requirements:

Valid MCCI qualification Strong knowledge of multi-crew operations and airline procedures Excellent communication and instructional skills Previous APS MCC or airline training experience preferred but not essential

Preferred Experience:

Recent jet or turboprop experience - ideally 500+ hours Line or simulator instructional experience Strong CRM and TEM knowledge Good working knowledge of modern airline SOPs and operational environment
