Due to an increase of recent work load, we are looking to expand our busy and dynamic team at our Morriston office.

Applicant(s) selected for this position will work on a variety of Building Services projects including; MoD, industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, residential, new builds, and refurbishment projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Liaison with external and internal client teams

Preparation and coordination of drawings and BIM models

Preparation and coordination of Building Services drawings and details

Preparing technical supporting data for specifications, reports and clash detection reports etc.

Responsible for administering document control and ensuring compliance with SABA policies

Ensure compliance to the appropriate company CAD/BIM standards and protocol

Production of 2D and 3D design models using industry standard modelling applications.

Use of BS1192, BS7671 relevant standards.

Apply policies relating to company standards & procedures, health & safety, quality, and training

Mentoring less experienced members of the CAD/BIM team

Works under direct supervision performing moderately complex technical work utilizing instructions, drawings, sketches and results from computer systems and schematics.

May be involved in training and supervising technical personnel.

May perform some data entry.

Experience:

Experience within the building service industry is essential. Knowledge of M&E systems is essential.

Candidate:

Candidate must be friendly and approachable. Must be able to fit in within our small and very busy design team and be able to communicate well with all our existing and new clients.

Salary package:

Salary will be negotiable based upon experience, with generous holiday and bonus entitlements.
