Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced M&E Design Manager to join Supra Design team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hotel projects with over 3+ years of experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The freelance/ contract role involves developing drawings, procuring, liaising with onsite contractor until completion.
Time , budget, and quality management is essential, working alongside the architectural design, contractors and other professionals involved.
Minimun Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge in drafting M&E designs compliant with UK legislation. Onsite coordination experience is a bonus.
Criteria
- Eligibility to work in the UK/ Work-permit
- Must have 3+ years of industry experience
- Be at the office at least 1 a week, Crawley West Sussex and onsite 1 a week.
