We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Events Team Member to join our team. Our Events Team Member will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events hosted at the hotel. This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Duties include assisting with the planning and execution of events, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during the event. Successful candidates will have strong multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Objectives of this role
Act as a representative of the hotel while coordinating events in a polite and professional manner
Supervise daily tasks related to event operations
Respond to guest questions and concerns regarding events
Assist guests in a professional and timely manner
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
Offer five-star customer service to all event attendees
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events
Set up and break down event spaces as needed
Manage event logistics and ensure smooth operations
Communicate with vendors and other hotel staff members to ensure successful events
Track and update inventory for event supplies
