Job Description

Our client is a leading M&E subcontractor. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, they pride themselves on creating innovative and inspiring workspaces for their clients. They are looking for 2 project managers to assist with the delivery of their current and future projects - One with a mechanical bias and one with electrical.

This is a temp-perm role, with the company looking for the right candidates to match their ambition and grow with them. Experienced M&E site managers looking to take the next step in their career will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all mechanical aspects of the commercial fit-out project, including programmes, RAMS and overseeing site management. Collaborate with site managers and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other trades. Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards. Collaborate with the project team to troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Project Manager, preferably in commercial fit-out projects. Strong knowledge and experience within electrical and/or mechanical fields, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Hold a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) accreditation. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on site. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project constraints.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is 300 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
