Work Experience
Design Liaison and Design for Manufacture support is defined as lineside operational support and idea evolution working both mono discipline (IAWP Engineering) and as part of a MFT to deliver the following: -
Achievement of Green Quality gates across the operational working patterns for defined MSN's,
Creation / Update of Standard operating instructions for different Airbus Programs
Production stages and Programmes for engineering deliverables including Managing Non-Conformities to Rework Embodiment AIRINA
Delivery of preliminary QSR, DQN and WQN investigations.
Identification and maturing of improvement ideas through the LBIP process (G0 -G9). Improvement ideas aimed at reducing recurring costs by improving the manufacturability of the product reducing disruption and or Attendance hours not limited to engineering change only as service provider will be working as part of a MFT
All of the above will involve reporting metrics on delivery of the target and communication with the Operational & Engineering customers on Progress for example:
Perform engineering investigations into anomalies using Airbus tools for A/C and provide analysis outcomes.
Engineering Assessment of NCs in accordance with A2406. (Advanced information)
Supply data for technical coordination meetings & NCRBs
Documented analysis of specific technical problems (resulting out of different forums like the NCRB)
Engineering investigations into major and minor routes cause problems within the industrial system.
Practical problem solving
Creation of G Documents
Operational team / procurement support where shortage occur advise on alternative parts
