We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and machinery. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre rotations Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery

Skills

Proficiency in mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive technology or mechanical engineering would be advantageous
