We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a passion for problem-solving. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs And all aspects of repairs.
Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Repair or replace faulty components and systems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
Proven experience As a mechanic ideally 5 years experience in the motortrade
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engines, and electrical components.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous.
A valid driving licence is essential
