Responsibilities

Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules with operational needs. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems and recommend improvements for efficiency. Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar maintenance role is preferred. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or related fields are advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to report findings clearly and effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to mechanical maintenance is essential. A valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving on-site repairs or equipment transportation.
