We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and have experience in diagnosing and repairing various types of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
Replace or repair faulty components, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop or field.
Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues and clients effectively.
A valid driving licence is required for roles involving travel to customers home & return.
