We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and demonstrate the ability to diagnose and repair various types of vehicles. This role is essential in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues.
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre rotations.
Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
Experience
Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous.
