Mechanic Wanted - Five Sisters Zoo & Associated Landscape Company
We're looking for an experienced Mechanic to maintain and repair a range of commercial and light vehicles used by Five Sisters Zoo and our landscaping company.
About the role:
You'll be responsible for keeping our fleet in top working order -- from small vans and pickups to larger commercial vehicles and equipment used across our zoo and landscaping operations.
Key duties:
Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults
Ensure all vehicles and equipment are roadworthy and compliant
Keep accurate service and maintenance records
Support the team with vehicle-related logistics when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic (commercial and/or light vehicles)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Relevant qualifications and full UK driving licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,314.25-50,954.86 per year
Work Location: In person
