We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical Engineer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within aeronautical systems and develop effective solutions.
Utilise simulation software such as Simulink and MATLAB to model and analyse system behaviour.
Design, develop, and test control systems using programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and LabVIEW.
Create detailed schematics and technical drawings using CAD software, including SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to ensure precise manufacturing specifications.
Develop system designs considering mechanical knowledge, aeronautical principles, and safety regulations.
Analyse schematics and technical documentation to support system integration and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise system performance and reliability.
Experience
Proven experience in aeronautical or aerospace engineering is preferred but not essential for recent graduates with relevant academic background.
Proficiency in using CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar platforms for design purposes.
Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or equivalent simulation tools is highly desirable.
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their application in aerospace systems.
Strong understanding of GD&T principles, schematics interpretation, and system design processes.
Mechanical knowledge relevant to aeronautical components and systems is advantageous.
