Position: Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Regents Park area of London
Salary: From 42,000 to 47,000 subject to experience level
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Bias Building Services Engineer for a static site in London.
This engineer will be working within a team of engineers that consist of fabric, gas and electrical engineers.
The right person for this position will already have a strong mechanical bias building services background. They need to have experience dealing with plant rooms, pumps, ahu's, basic plumbing etc.
The site we are looking to cover is a very large site and will involve a lot of walking on a daily basis
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial planned and reactive maintenance
- Must have strong mechanical technical background
- Level 2 building services qualifications is preferred
- Happy to commute into London
- Must be willing to cover a large area on foot
- Additional skills will be a bonus
- Basic salary subject to experience level
- No on call
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension
- Overtime can be made available
