Mechanical Project Manager Role

TDE are a fast expanding and exciting Mechanical and Electrical contractor based out of The Paintworks Bristol.

Established in 2018 with a fantastic reputation with multiple blue chip clients TDE seeks a Mechanical/ M+E Project Manager to join their team.

The majority of TDE work is SW based and throughout the M4 corridor and London.

TDE has a varied and interesting pipeline of work with orders received for works through to March 2024 in retail, public sector and industrial sectors.

As a Project Manager for TDE Services you will work on a variety of different projects, usually overseeing multiple projects at a time circa 3+.

These can vary in value and typically are between 50,000 to 0.5 Million.

Project types are varied with current examples including convenience food retail, supermarkets, large retail, decarbonation of public sector buildings and refurbishment of public sector buildings.

What you'll need to succeed

You will preferably be an experienced Project Manager within building services from any discipline with a HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering. However, applicants with a strong Mechanical Supervisor background or applicants that have previous experience in a trades role or design role looking to make a switch over would be of interest to us.

We are looking for Project Managers who are visible with their clients, who are readily contactable, punctual and go out of there way to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Pay: 40,000.00-58,255.30 per year
