Your Impact

As a Mechanical Contracts Manager at Sale Group, you'll be at the forefront of transformative commercial projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading mechanical installations for high-profile CAT A & B fit-outs, ensuring precision and excellence. Managing the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to seamless handover. Upholding stringent industry standards and health & safety protocols. Collaborating effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget. Overseeing project budgets and fostering strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Proven Expertise

: Extensive experience managing mechanical aspects of CAT A & B fit-out projects in roles such as Contracts, Site, or Project Manager.

Leadership Excellence

: Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.

Technical Mastery

: In-depth knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, and plumbing systems in commercial settings.
