Refresh Property Solutions Ltd (Refresh NI) works for private householders and private landlords as a one-stop shop.

We install heat pumps, hybrid heat pumps, Solar PV, service and repair central heating boilers and systems and offer full electrical services including fixed wire testing, electrical maintenance works, installation of EV charging stations and battery storage. Refresh also install roof space and cavity wall insulation to domestic properties as well as supply and fit bathrooms and kitchens.

Reporting to

Job Purpose

: To play a key role in designing efficient and sustainable home heating systems.

Job duties

:

Analyse on-site surveys and reports

Design detailed and accurate domestic heating solutions using your engineering skills

Review the effectiveness and efficiency of processes to help improve output

Project manage through survey, design, and on-site installation.

Any other duties as reasonably requested by management

Person Specification:

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or Building Services

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Strong interest in renewable technologies and decarbonisation of Northern Ireland's homes

Excellent technical skills and a collaborative work style

Effective communicator

Excellent organisational skills with ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team without close supervision

In addition, it would be great if you had knowledge of heating systems, low temperature systems and / or heat pumps.

Experience with process improvement methodologies would be useful too.

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
