Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for innovation, a knack for problem-solving, and the confidence to lead projects from concept to production? We're looking for someone just like you to head up our mechanical design team and make an immediate impact.
What You'll be Doing
Leading mechanical design projects using SolidWorks - from blank page to production line.
Creating 3D models, detailed drawings, and assemblies for real-world, high-performance products.
Mentoring and guiding a small but talented team of engineers.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure your designs are not only brilliant but buildable.
Driving design improvements, technical documentation, and innovative thinking.
Being the go-to technical expert on mechanical systems.
Peer review of work product.
What You'll Need to Succeed
A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
Hands-on experience using SolidWorks and PDM.
Proven track record of leading mechanical design projects and delivering results.
Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, tolerance, and DFM/DFA.
Great communicator, with both technical and non-technical teams.
A genuine passion for engineering excellence.
