Mechanical and Renewables Design Engineer - High-End Residential Projects
This Consultancy are hiring with long term growth in mind -- including future senior titles and the chance to earn shares in the company!
Location: Greenwich, London (3 or more Days WFH depending on candidates wishes)
Salary: Starting salary of 36K + Benefits (Listed below)
Experience required: 3 years experience in a similar role
Join a growing, design building services consultancy working on some of the most prestigious residential projects in the UK and internationally. With over 40 live projects and a strong pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in the business at a pivotal time.
They're also doing significant work in the renewable space -- particularly with air source heat pumps and low-carbon HVAC systems, making this a great opportunity for someone passionate about sustainable design!
You'll be working closely with a highly respected and approachable director who genuinely values his team and fosters a positive, supportive working culture

The Role:

• Deliver in-house mechanical designs across a range of bespoke residential projects
• Projects range from luxury London terraces to very large homes (UK and overseas)
• Lead client discussions, attend site visits, and represent the business externally

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in building services consultancy design
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including air source heat pumps and AC
• Personable and confident communicator - able to build strong client relationships
• Strong grasp of applicable design principles and UK building standards
• Willingness to travel to sites across London when required
