Responsibilities

Develop Mechanical Building Services Designs

Perform Engineering Calculations
Prepare Technical Drawings & BIM Models
Write Technical Specifications
Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Teams
Conduct Site Surveys & Assessments
Review and Approve Shop Drawings
Support Construction and Commissioning
Ensure Compliance with Standards & Regulations
Prepare Reports, Cost Estimates & Feasibility Studies
