This is a
technical, design-led role
, with project ownership rather than formal people management.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Proven experience in
mechanical product design and development
Strong CAD skills (experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, etc. welcomed --
Fusion training will be provided where required
)
Practical engineering experience beyond theory

A
capable, practical engineer
with a track record of delivering real products
Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
An engineer with the
enthusiasm and attitude
to work in a fast-moving performance car environment
