We have a full order book and are seeking talented Mechanical Design Engineers to join our dynamic team at Incotech Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and specifications for various mechanical systems and machine builds. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality solutions from cradle to grave that exceed customer expectations and on time.
This role is
extremely
varied, interesting, challenging, and you must share our passion for engineering and problem solving in a team environment.
New projects include MRI scanning machine project, aircraft ducting assembly machines and servo driven bearing press machine.
Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems for automation, assembly, and testing applications from concept to final product.
Develop detailed mechanical design drawings using cad software preferably SolidWorks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
Conduct system design analysis to ensure functionality and reliability of mechanical systems.
Perform root cause analysis on design issues and implement effective solutions.
Support the testing and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance with specifications.
Document design processes and maintain accurate records of all design modifications.
Prepare technical documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
Support & liaise with the workshop build team
Requirements
Proven
experience as a Mechanical Designer, preferably in an machines and automation environment.
Must
have a can do and go get attitude.
Strong mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of system design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD software
Awareness of electrical, pneumatic and fluid systems
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
