This role as a Mechanical & Electrical Technician is ideal for an electrically biased, multiskilled professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding position.
With a maximum response time of one hour, the successful candidate will be issued a site van for the week and must hold a valid UK driver's license.
The position forms part of a close-knit five-person team responsible for maintaining seven floors at the main site, along with an additional four floors at a nearby location just five miles away.
Although on-site parking is not available, and there is limited parking in the area, excellent public transport links—bus and tram—are just a five-minute walk from the site.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical, mechanical, and building services
Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues efficiently
Conduct fault finding, repairs, and minor installations to ensure site functionality
Support HVAC maintenance and undertake basic fabric repairs as required
Supervise and coordinate on-site contractors, ensuring work is completed to standard
Issue and manage permits to work in line with safety procedures
Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong background in building services maintenance within commercial environments
Strict adherence to health and safety protocols
City & Guilds Level 3 (2230/2330), NVQ 2356/2357, AM1 & AM2
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018), ideally with Amendment 2
Preferably hold 2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing certification
JIB Accredited; IPAF/PASMA certifications desirable
Full UK Driving Licence required
