Site based role - Commutable from chesterfield, Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop, Alfreton, Matlock, Mansfield, Dronfield, Clay Cross, Bolsover, Eckington and Staveley
42,250 + 3 Shift Pattern (Early, Days and Nights) + No Call Out Rota + 25 days Holiday + Company Pension + Paid Overtime (1.5x) +Career Progression + Training

In this role, you will carry out both planned and unplanned maintenance on a variety of heavy industrial machinery, supporting production across a rotating 3-shift pattern. You will work closely with an experienced maintenance team to diagnose faults, complete repairs, and improve equipment reliability through preventative maintenance.
This position would suit a mechanically minded engineer with experience in heavy plant or industrial environments, who enjoys hands-on work and is seeking a secure, long-term role within a stable manufacturing setting.
The Role

• Performing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on heavy industrial machinery
• Stable role with long-term career prospects in a heritage engineering firm
• Working on a 3-shift rotation (5:30am-2pm, 1:30pm-10pm, 9:30pm-6am)

The Person

• Mechanically biased engineer with industrial or heavy plant experience
• Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work
• Welding or fabrication experience beneficial
