What You'll Be Doing
Teaching
HNC Mechanical Engineering
to apprentices (typically aged 21-early 30s)
Delivering an existing curriculum using your
real-world industry experience
Making technical concepts clear and practical
Supporting learners with skills development and career progression
Teaching topics including
quality, process improvement, engineering efficiency, and inspection
Training & Support
Fully funded teaching qualification
Dedicated mentor
and structured onboarding
Time to shadow experienced lecturers
Supportive team - most colleagues also came from industry
