at USP Steels, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production facilities, machinery, and processes run safely and efficiently. You'll work hands-on with our operations and maintenance teams to maintain, improve, and innovate the mechanical systems that keep our business moving.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, and production lines.
Support the installation and commissioning of new production equipment such as decoilers and cranes
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Work closely with the operations teams to improve machine performance and uptime.
Contribute to health, safety, and environmental compliance within the engineering function.
What We're Looking For
Qualification in Mechanical Engineering (HNC/HND or degree level preferred).
Proven hands-on experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
