The Opportunity




We're looking for a skilled

Mechanical Engineer

to join our expert team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating and air-conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. This is your chance to work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities



Perform planned and reactive maintenance on heating (steam) and air-conditioning systems.
Maintain evaporative cooling and domestic water systems in line with L8 standards.
Diagnose and repair plant faults to ensure continuous operation.
Conduct filter and belt changes, pipe repairs, and system upgrades.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Collaborate with CBRE and client teams to deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For



Education & Training



Level 3 qualification in mechanical services maintenance.
Basic computer skills and understanding of building management systems (preferred).
Health and safety training (desirable).

Experience



Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, valves, and cooling towers.
Familiarity with health and safety standards in maintenance environments.
Experience on client-resident sites and with evaporative cooling systems (desirable).

Skills & Attributes



Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.
A team player with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Full UK driving licence required.
