The Role



Take ownership of mechanical design projects for our ACT2 pilot plant. Perfect for a graduate with at least one year of industry experience, this role lets you lead mechanical design, shape how systems come together, and see your ideas brought to life.

What You'll Do



Lead the mechanical design and development of systems for our ACT2 pilot plant and projects. Create detailed drawings, specifications, and models using Autodesk and other design software. Work closely with operational and chemical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems. Select, source, and manage mechanical equipment and suppliers. Oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Support optimisation and preventive maintenance programs to maximise plant efficiency and reliability. Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their growth.

What We're Looking For



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven industry experience, ideally in mechanical design, chemical processing, or a related sector. Proficiency with Autodesk and design/modelling software. Understanding of piping, pumping, filtering, and general mechanical systems. Eager to accelerate your career, take ownership, and make an impact from day one. Motivated to take ownership, drive projects, and see ideas through from design to delivery. Willingness and desire to learn from cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
