Mechanical Building Services Engineer - Essex

Up to 45,000 basic + 26 Days Holiday + 8% Pension + overtime +Call out + Career progression

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider on a large commercial complex based in Essex.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a modern commercial building, ensuring all plant and building services systems are operating efficiently and safely.

Key duties include:

PPM and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services plant Fault finding and diagnostics on mechanical systems Minor installation and project works as required Liaising with clients and the on-site facilities team Ensuring compliance with all H&S procedures and site protocols

Requirements

Recognised Mechanical or HVAC qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) Strong background in commercial building maintenance Experience working in a client-facing environment Good understanding of H&S procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Package

Salary:

45,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
