We are now looking to recruit an Engineering Project Manager to join our talented, and dynamic development team in Telford, with the aim of supporting our innovative Systems Designs for the future growth of our business. The Development Team in Telford is part of a Global R&D Organisation
What you will do?
It goes without saying that you will be experienced with a 3D Solid modelling CAD package ideally Creo 7.0 as a minimum, and be looking to work inside a company where you will see the system go from cradle to grave.
Experience of the following would be advantageous:
Lead
engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, risk management, and issue resolution.
Apply
standard project management methodologies to drive structured execution and deliver results.
Implement
Design for Excellence (DfX) principles to optimize product quality, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
Oversee
device integration and system design, ensuring alignment with technical and functional requirements.
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams on sheet metal design and general manufacturing processes.
Drive
continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and production workflows.
What about you?
Previous experience within the Electrical Industry is an advantage
You hold a degree in Engineering and/or formal qualifications in Project Management.
You are an excellent communicator and can effectively communicate at all levels
You are enthusiastic about innovation and design
Your team spirit and your autonomy will be necessary for this position.
Some European travel is expected.
