Overview

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Mechanical / Multiskilled Engineer to join our growing team. This role covers a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across multiple client sites throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with plant room equipment, and be confident handling everything from general reactive repairs to PPM inspections. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, safety, and professionalism are essential. The successful candidate must also be capable of supporting our out-of-hours call-out rota (currently one week on call, four weeks off).

Planned Prevent Maintenance Inspections (PPM's)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in both commercial and domestic sectors Proven experience in a facilities management or building maintenance environment Comfortable carrying out a range of tasks such as, Installations works & upgrades, Leak Investigations, Plant Replacements, Fabric Tasks, Condition Reporting. Basic electrical understanding and fault-finding Ability to work independently or as part of a team Good communication and client-facing skills Full Clean UK driving licence

Preferred

Prior exposure to plant room environments and system installations Comfortable completing digital job sheets and reporting via Microsoft Forms or similar platforms
