We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analysing, and improving mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities



Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within mechanical systems and develop effective solutions. Utilise software such as Simulink, MATLAB, and LabVIEW for system modelling, simulation, and data analysis. Design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools like SolidWorks and general schematics. Develop detailed technical drawings adhering to GD&T standards for manufacturing and assembly processes. Programme and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate machinery operations. Perform system design activities, including concept development, prototyping, testing, and optimisation. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and control systems. Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Document design specifications, test procedures, and validation reports accurately.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or equivalent. Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and LabVIEW for system simulation and data analysis. Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and schematic interpretation. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) programming and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of mechanical principles, system design processes, and schematic development. Familiarity with mechanical standards and best practices in product development. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: 5,000.00-8,000.00 per month
