Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The Ideal candidate should have good knowledge/experience of industrial machinery. The applicant must be self-motivated, be able to work under their own initiative and also work well as part of a team. The duties will be to assist with the dismantling, refurbishment, assembly and maintenance of second hand machinery for the Rubber Industry. Experience with pneumatics/hydraulics and general steel fabrication is preferred but not essential. The standard hours will be from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime if wanted. Although the role is mainly workshop based the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work off site in the UK and overseas occasionally. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wishes to broaden their engineering knowledge with a growing and successful company.

Salary: 12.50 / 15.50 hour depending on experience
