Mechanical Estimator
to join a growing team with their client in Hampshire. Whether you're an experienced estimator or a mechanically qualified professional looking to move into pre-construction and commercial work, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
As a Mechanical Estimator, you'll play a key role in the front end of our project lifecycle, helping to secure and shape future work. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing mechanical estimates for a range of commercial and refurbishment projects
Reading drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce accurate cost plans
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
Working with the delivery team to hand over successful bids and support pre-construction planning
Assisting with value engineering and identifying project risks and opportunities
For trainee-level candidates: learning the estimating process through structured support and mentoring
Who This Would Suit
Experienced Mechanical Estimators

Individuals with a strong mechanical understanding and a head for numbers, planning, and detail
