Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Fire team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Mechanical systems,. This role involves working on the installation, and maintenance of mechanical fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Full training will be provided. Company van will be provided.

Duties



Service and Test Fire Damper Systems Install & Fit Bathroom Ventilation Units Work to required safety and compliance standards. Operate independently on customer sites. Complete basic reporting on digital job sheets. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations and repairs.

Requirements



Proven experience in the Mechanical field is essential. Able to work on your own initiative. Experience with Fire Dampers preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand Systems. Full UK Driving License. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety standards. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Pay: 16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
