, meaning no two days are ever the same.
What you'll be doing
Carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, greasing and lubrication to keep fixed plant in top condition.

A qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitter with experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally within asphalt or heavy industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A flexible, safety-first mindset - able to adapt to shift changes or emergency breakdowns when required.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering for our customers.
A proactive approach to plant improvement and preventative maintenance.
