Our Opening and Your Responsibilities


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter with a strong experience to join our Non-Conveyor Systems team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in mechanical assembly and sub-assembly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and quality standards.



What You'll Do:

Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly of components to precise standards. Read and interpret general assembly drawings, schematics, and interact with 3D models. Use hand and power tools with accuracy and care in line with safety and quality expectations. Assemble components efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Identify and resolve mechanical issues using initiative within defined parameters. Collaborate with team members and other departments to overcome production challenges. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What You Need to Succeed

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical fitting or similar role in a manufacturing environment. HNC in Mechanical Engineering or currently working towards completion. Proven experience in mechanical assembly and sub-assembly. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models. Confident with the use of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative.
