The role:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve mechanical systems.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and project teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement upgrades.
• Maintain high safety and compliance standards--this is heavy industrial equipment, not a toy.

You:

• Mechanical Engineer (L3 minimum) with production / FMCG / manufacturing experience
• Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating machinery, and general mechanical systems.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
