You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and technical expertise while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Your responsibilities include planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaboration with other departments to support production goals and minimize downtime will be a key aspect of your role.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a mechanical management or supervisory position, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience with maintenance management systems, root cause analysis, and implementing best practices in equipment reliability is highly desirable.
