Are you a senior mechanical leader with experience delivering complex M&E projects?
Join one of the UK's leading Tier 1 contractors, specialising in high-value Commercial, Laboratory, and Data Centre developments across London.
? The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Mechanical Project Director to lead the successful delivery of major mechanical packages on flagship London projects (10M+). You'll oversee full project lifecycles, manage site and engineering teams, and work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
? About You:
10+ years' experience in mechanical project delivery within M&E contracting
Proven success managing large-scale (10M+) projects
Experience in Commercial, Laboratory, or Data Centre sectors (2+ preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent)
SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant H&S certifications
