Overview

Join the team as our Mechanical Project Manager and play a crucial role in our operations across the UK. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role covering the full project lifecycle--from organising and overseeing site installations to managing contracts and contributing to project estimating.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, and handover of mechanical projects. Oversee all contractual elements, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets. Prepare and review estimates for new projects, working closely with the current team. Manage procurement, subcontractor coordination, and labour allocation. Produce and review technical submittals, tender applications, and contract documentation. Attend client, design, and site progress meetings. Ensure Health & Safety requirements are fully implemented on site.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as a project manager in mechanical building services or similar. Strong financial and budget management skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Relevant mechanical/building services qualifications and industry certificates. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
