We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion. Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives. Monitor progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively. Oversee procurement processes and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all project sites. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, budgets, and resource utilisation for senior management. Utilise Civil 3D for design review and integration with project planning activities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality control.

Skills

Proven experience in managing mechanical engineering projects within a construction or industrial environment. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project tracking. Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for design coordination and review. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Exceptional organisational abilities to oversee complex projects from start to finish. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, teams, and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to anticipate potential issues and implement strategic solutions promptly.
