Mechanical Project Manager
We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our client on their current growth across several industries such as: Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Warehousing, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and more.
This role is paying between 65k to 75k annually. This is working a usual Monday to Friday routine (45 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc...). This role will come with an additional car allowance on top of 5k a year.
You must be an individual who can demonstrate a previous background on large construction projects, ideally within Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial, Commercial or similar with experience managing all mechanical packages, leading project start up meetings and progress report meetings, collating all technical submittals ensuring they're followed through until the end, work with all main-contractors and stakeholders to ensure project updates and timescales/cost are being met and much more...
You will have:

• Must have previous Mechanical Project Management experience on large projects.
• Must have the full right to work in the UK due to the role being in Derby. This role does not offer sponsorship.
• Ideally looking for someone with experience across Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial and more as the client is a specialist in these industries. You would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
• Good longevity in roles, this role is permanent, so we are not looking for someone who has always been a contractor in the past.
• A qualification across Construction / Engineering disciplines ideally covering project management.
